The tour has nothing to do with events on 9/11. Very misleading in my opinion, making me think I needed tickets to gain access to this area.

You purchased ground zero and the 911 memorial pools. As much as the guide tried explaining you refused to listen and demanded museum tickets. There is 2 separate options. You choose the less expensive one without the 911 museum but with the 911 memorial pools and ground zero. I think if you took the tour you would have enjoyed.

Bob was informative and we learned a lot but unfortunately you sold us a plan with a tour of the Ground Zero museum. Which was closed. That was the main reason we took the tour. So very disappointed

I believe you took a tour with another company. We do not have a bob on the team. I am happy that Bob was informative but he is not our guide.

This was an absolute eerie place to visit. Very quiet and solemn. It was a place to reflect and it takes you back in time to when it actually happened. We weren't in New York when it happened, but we felt the horror, sadness, anger, helplessness, hopefulness, the pride, the thankfulness of every first responders, the prayers for every family that this horrible act of inhumane hatred bestowed upon our incredible country. We all stuck together and we still stay strong. This didn't tear us apart, but it brought every American closer. And forever will. Seeing this Museum is something that will stay with you forever. Please take your time as you see all of the exhibits inside, it really is an amazing reflection of the attack on America that day, but also a reminder of the day that we all gathered together to become one nation, under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all!!!!
