What To Expect

Arizona ATV Adventures

The West Sedona Canyon Tour area is about 8 miles west of Sedona. Make your own way to the departure point and from there, you will be taken to the trailhead in a 15-passenger van. The 3-hour tour begins when you arrive at the trailhead. This is the outback of the West Sedona Valley, where over 40 movies have been filmed over the years. There is over a hundred miles of trails to choose from, which provides your guide with the opportunity to customize each tour based on the age, interests and skill levels of the group. You’ll be awestruck by a view of the Verde Valley from the top of Skeleton Bone Mountain, over 800 feet above the valley floor. And don’t be surprised if some antelope run alongside you as you drive along the valley floor! For your safety and comfort, wear closed-toed shoes, long pants, and bring your sunglasses. Also, bring your camera; the views are spectacular!

Holy cow that was fun. This is my second time going to AZ ATV, this time with a different group of friends. While I had a great experience last time, Steve made this trip EVEN MORE ENJOYABLE! He customized the trails to fit our experience level, was knowledgeable about the history and geology of the area, was more then willing to take great photos and videos of us and overall, was incredibly fun! Thanks Steve!

My wife & I had an amazing experience with our tour guide, Tim! Upon arriving, Tim greeted us at our car, already knowing our names. He immediately made us feel welcome and was that way the entire time. The ride was amazing with beautiful views and a good balance of stopping for photos and info about the area (he was so knowledgeable!) and just riding along enjoying nature. He made sure we got great pictures and had fun. He even gave us a recommendation of where to eat and where to go after, which we did and it was great. So grateful to have enjoyed such a lovely morning with Arizona ATV Adventure Tours!

What an excellent adventure opportunity! Our guides were awesome and took us through some beautiful areas! A little dirt never hurt anyone 😉 Would highly recommend this excursion!!
