Guided Bike Tour of Central Park New York City

Overview
Explore Central Park with a 2-hour guided bike tour. All of our Central Park tour guides are licensed professionals.  All of our bikes are Trek or Giant brand bikes new to this model year with no tacky advertisements on them.  Your bike package is included with your tour purchase.  Some of the sites seen on this tour are Columbus Circle, The Central Park Mall, The Bethesda Fountain, The Conservatory Water, The Reservoir, The Conservatory Garden, The Great Lawn, The Belvedere Castle, Strawberry Fields, the Alice in Wonderland Statue, and Cherry Hill.  We provided one live tour guide per every 15 people in order to keep the tour groups small.

Adult bikes, child bikes, child trailers, child seats, and accessible hand cycles are all available.

Bike baskets are available.

Customer can reschedule for any reason at no additional cost.

Our tour guide was Chuck, who was from Manhattan. He did a great job telling us about the history of the Central Park and a little bit about each of the sites we visited. My favorite parts were Bethesda Fountain, The Reservoir, Shakespeare Garden and Strawberry Fields, where there is a memorial for John Lennon.

My daughter and I (49 & 22 years old) are both fit but this bike ride was much more fast paced and strenuous than either of us expected. This was not a leisurely ride through the park! It was a pedal fast to keep up with the guide and a stand up and pedal to get up hills kind of a ride. Often times we could see the guide pointing to things as we were riding but the group was so spread out that we couldn’t hear at all. It was more of a workout than an informative tour.
