We had a great time! The bikes were nice and comfortable. It was a wonderful way to see and learn about Central Park. So many things are missed when you are exploring on your own. We learned so many fun facts and covered a lot of ground.

This was a great way to see the park and we are glad that we upgraded to the e-bikes! Awesome fun for the whole family...do it!

We were a group of 8 and started off a little concerned when our guide gruffly asked the group to follow him - no introduction, no welcome to NYC, here’s what we’re going to do, nothing. So we basically biked in silence from the bike shop to the entrance of Central Park. Then, we only stopped three times throughout the 2 hr ride and the info he gave us was super short and very basic…basically whatever the placard said and that’s it. Our total tour group actually started off as 15 and half the group left because it was so bad! We were supposed to visit 8-10 sites and he totally missed the mark. It felt like he was just a regular guy vs a tour guide knowledgeable in Central Park and it’s history. While the bike ride itself was nice - the park is gorgeous - but the tour bit was a total waste of money.
