Being keen cyclists, my daughter was a little sceptical about signing up to a guided tour of Central Park. Our guide Edward, was not only interesting, funny and full of unusual facts about the area, he was extremely passionate about New York having lived there most of his life. We had four teenages on the tour and he even kept their attention, which can be hard at times. I would highly recommend these tours as there is so much to see and learn about the history of the park and surrounding areas, which you could easily miss if you were cycling the park on your own.

The tour was good, we stopped at a good many places and some I wouldn’t have thought to check out. The guide had lots of history to share too. This is a good time to see the park in its fall colors!
