Dan, our guide, from Unlimited Biking New York City was awesome! He made our trip through Central Park special. He was knowledgeable of not only the the park but also the city. The Connondale bikes we rode were smooth and easy to ride. I would recommend this tour to anyone. We sent four days in NYC and this two hour tour was the highlight of our trip.

Guided bike ride with Phillip. As a tourbit wasnt as informative as the walking film tour as you didnt get as much informative. But Phillip himself came across as arrogant, impatient and uninterested in his group. The group was by his admission, oversubscribed so we needed an extra guide to follow the group. Good job as it happens because Phillip took off and kady most of us behind. He went through most red lights to the point that somebody stopped half the group so pedestrians could pass. Phillip by his time had disappeared round a corner in a fork in the road and we couldn't see him. He then turned quick right in front of a horse and carriage, when it was obvious 21 bikes didnt have time to follow. All chat from him was heard by the first three cyclists close to him... not great!!!

Hello, Thank you for your business and leaving this feedback. While we do have a limit on the amount of riders on a tour; that clearly was exceeded here. We take customer service very seriously and wanted to apologize for not giving you the experience that you should have had. To that end, we have taken steps to rectify this and not have it happen in the future. Again, please accept our sincerest apologies for this lapse in service.
