Long story short: UTTERLY DISGUSTED and FURIOUS. CPBT lost/gave my ID/driving license to the the wrong person. Promise after promise of a call back or update and I had to message /call only to be told by the Manger Crystal, sorry I`ve been busy ??????? 3 days later and I had to visit the store again to find out any info on retrieving my ID. Again no answer and keep passing the buck to other members of staff. I left NY without my ID, had to cancel a rental car pick up, can`t work in the UK until I get a new License and basically screwed up my holiday. Absolutely fuming that these people can treat customers with such contempt and don`t care at all. Not one phone call or message until I chased them up 3 days later. How on earth do you hand someone an ID without both parties making sure it`s the correct person / ID. What amazed me most was the casual don`t care attitude of the staff and manager. I will now have to pay to get a new ID , not heard anything from Crystal after she promised to send my ID to the UK. Shocking and disappointed at how these companies exploit tourists.

I had so much fun on the tour! The guides we're really helpful, and the customer service was great while booking. A man named Alex who did booking was especially helpful! I rented the GIANT Electric bike, which is absolutely fantastic. My girlfriend rented the Trek Road Bike.

We booked the last tour time (4pm) for our Central Park bike tour. We arrived early and checked in. The guide came and gave us each a bike to use -- and helped adjust the seat height for everyone. We walked the bike's to the edge of Central Park. Once at the entrance, the guide gave us an overview of the park's bike riding rules. We set off. This two hour tour would take us through Central Park plus stop at a number of points of interest. There was time to walk around these places and take a break from peddling. Our guide was full of energy and enthusiasm. He had a lot of information to share with us about the park and places of interest in the park. I'm old and was the oldest in our tour group -- I did need to walk up two hills but caught up to our group easily. It was a great tour and a lot of fun to ride through the park with guidance. If you haven't been to Central Park before or it's been a long time since you visited it, take the tour. It gives you a good sense of where everything is in the park and where you might like to go on your own. Well worth the money. Two hour tour plus bike.
