Guided Fairbanks Snowmobile Tour

Overview

Slip on your heated helmet and hit the gas--we are headed through Alaska's winter playground. This 1 hour guided tour takes place on the outskirts of North Pole where we will thunder across the famous Alaska Pipeline and zip through snow covered forests. We usually see some wildlife on every tour to include: Moose, Fox, Snowshoe Hares, Ptarmigan, Grouse, and squirrels.

All snowmobiles are new Ski Doo luxury touring snowmobiles. These snowmobiles are made for riding in style and comfort. All snowmobiles have heated handgrips and electric start.

Everyone was there was great. Rod had 2 new people, Bo and Aaron. They were fantastic. My wife had never been on a snowmobile. They took time to teach her the basics, but she just rode instead, her choice. Rod was a wealth of information, gave us tips on where to go and knew the countryside very well. It started snowing while we were out and it made it even more special. We will book there again and have told all our friends about them.

My son and I took the Snowmobile tour on December 2017. Rod has everything you need we were fitted for gear which included heated helmets. You get to practice getting use to the Snowmobile riding around the property until you feel ready to go. The trails are kept up very well and we were able to see Dog Sledders . It was by far the best part of our North Pole Fairbanks weekend . We will be returning for the Northern Lights Ice Fishing . I was able to see the Ice fishing hut it has its own wood burning stove INSIDE can't wait .

We supply all cold weather clothing for snow machine tours--at no extra charge. It is important to us that every customer is warm on our tours. The fishing cabin is kept at about 70 degrees to ensure a warm, fun time while ice fishing.

My husband and I did a one hour tour and enjoyed it. We were given warm clothes and boots which really helped against the -15° F. Our guide Riley was very good with instructions how to use the machines and checking that we were ok during the ride. They also provided assistance when we got lost on the way there. Would recommend.
