We enjoyed our city tour and the riverboat cruise. it was fun to see the Peabody Ducks arrive in the lobby. Quite a treat. For the riverboat cruise we went to wrong tent and gate and were refused entrance because my husband had his camera. We called Memphis Best Office and Michelle came back for us and then figured out we were at the BBQ festival tent. She took us directly to the building passing the security tent and walkway. We had never been there before and no one else told us we were in the wrong place. Thank goodness for Michelle. She is the best.

so, we get picked up at our hotel on time. Then taken to a visitor center, to wait 30 minutes for the city tour to begin. No reasonable explanation from bus driver as to what was happening. City tour brief, not that extensive at all. City tour ends at 11:30. Then told we will be picked up downtown in another two hours for the river boat cruise. Picked up at 1:30 for river boat cruise… And wait until 2:30 for the river boat cruise to start!! Did not enjoy river boat cruise narration! Could not believe it… Could’ve seen so much more if I had not scheduled this tour!!
