Overview

Depending on the day, we’ll get up close to seals, explore some beautiful harbors with stunning waterfront homes, and maybe even spot whales. Or we could see a nuclear submarine, inbound container ships, or century-old schooners. You'll learn about Bainbridge Island's unique history, from having the largest shipyard for wooden vessels in the West, to the earthquake that lifted a whole section of the Island 23 feet which can still be seen today, and of being the first place from which Japanese-Americans were forcibly removed from their homes during World War II.

Captain Scott is fantastic! He's an extremely accomplished sailor, very conscientious about safety, and just a joy to be with on the sailboat. He's very knowledgeable about anything "Bainbridge" or "Seattle". His sailboat is well-equipped with anything you might need. We loved our afternoon of sailing with light breezes and lots of sunshine. We'll join him again if we get the chance. Thank you, Captain Scott!

We had a wonderful and relaxing time sailing with Captain Scott. He is super knowledgeable which made the whole experience such a fun time. He is very flexible with what works well for his guests, we had some travel Delays and he was very accommodating! He went out of his way to share recommendations with us for our trip. Highly recommend and hope to be back soon!
