Enjoy a close, personal encounter with the West Indian Manatee as you snorkel with them under the guidance of a U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Captain. Our small group (no more than six guests) tours are conducted daily in the beautiful Crystal River National Wildlife Refuge. Get up close and personal with these amazing mammals and learn about the ecosystem and their habitat.

Unlike many tours, these Captains will actually swim with you and your group to ensure that you have a memorable experience. While in the water, your captain/tour guide will take high-definition photos and videos of you and your group which you will be able to view and purchase at the end of your trip.

Your price includes all snorkeling equipment (mask, snorkel, wetsuit) and complimentary coffee or hot cocoa.

We knew going into this in August that it isn't really manatee season. We did the earliest tour to have the most likelihood of seeing any. Fortunately, we were among one of the first companies in the water and right away found a mama and baby manatee and snorkeled with them for about 15 mins or so as to not bother them, we looked for others and then headed to the Three Sisters Springs. Really neat experience. We have two young boys 4 and 5 yrs old and our tour guide Lauren was really amazing with them. It was nice for our kids to be able to splash and swim through the springs to get some energy out. I can't say enough good things about Lauren. She assured us she would help the kids and made sure we could see the manatees, very thoughtful but also a lot for that girl to juggle (pictures, kids, guiding us, etc.) Captain Ron was knowledgeable and nice as well, be ready for his sarcastic personality. He kept it fun, but meant business, just went a little over our little guys heads. I think they max at 6 people so it was just our family of 4 and felt like an awesome, private tour. They supply wet suits, snorkels & masks and swim noodles as well as coffee, hot chocolate and/or water. Really great service. As an experienced snorkeler, I have to say it was a bit tricky trying to swim with the noodle and without kicking (so as not to disrupt the manatees) but still fine, just be aware of that. They also will sell you all the pics from your trip for $30, not a bad price at all and there were some good ones from their GoPro, of course several blurry as well, but still feel it was a good value especially to not have to worry about bringing our own extra stuff with kids. We really enjoyed it and would love to go when it's actually more manatee season but still a fun excursion we'd recommend and this is a great company to go with.

We're so glad you enjoyed the trip! Lauren had a fabulous time with the boys and even though you had to get up early, being one of the first groups out certainly has it's perks. We'd love to see you guys again and give us a chance to earn that fifth star!

Went with four grandchild aged 10 to 6 and two other adults. Almost instantly we found a mother and calf grazing, totally oblivious to the excitement they were creating. The water was a little cloudy due to the heavy rain they had experienced in the previous days, but it did little to spoil the enjoyment of all in the party. Very much the highlight of the trip.

We had such a great time with Captain Ron and Lauren. Even though it wasn't "the season," Captain Ron knew just where to go and we found a mama and her baby almost right away. Captain Ron is very knowledgeable about the area and Lauren was a pleasure. We will definitely go back to see them in January when the manatees are there for the winter.
