Overview
This tour covers all the highlights of downtown Cleveland in one great, two-hour tour! The tour discusses a brief history of Cleveland, the buildings on Public Square and along the Mall, the Cleveland Public Library, the Cleveland Federal Reserve, Playhouse Square, with a visit inside the Arcade and the Cleveland Trust Company Building (Heinen's), as well as tales of Cleveland’s most famous residents. This walking tour is approximately 2 hours long. Some stops on the tour offer the opportunity for participants to sit. A walking tour with a knowledgeable guide is one of the best way's to experience Cleveland!

Public Square
We discuss the buildings and monuments on Public Square typically including the Old Stone Church, the Society for Savings Building, Terminal Tower, the statue of Moses Cleveland and the Soldiers and Sailors Monument.

The Mall
We discuss the buildings and statues on the Mall including the War Memorial Fountain, the statue of Abe Lincoln, and the Cleveland Public Library.

Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland: Learning Center and Money Museum
From the outside, we see the Cleveland Federal Reserve and discuss the building, some of its unique features and the world's largest vault door that can be found inside.

We discuss the history of the amazing theaters in Playhouse Square, the second largest theater district in the US.

What a Fantastic tour! I am a former Ohioan who moved to Southern California 15 years ago and decided to return permanently to Cleveland this year. I knew very little about this fantastic city, despite having lived in an eastern Cleveland suburb for 50 years! What a TOUR! First off, the guide Scott, was kind, attentive, and most of all, super knowledgeable. Cleveland has so many iconic buildings and such a colorful, varied history, it’s hard to pick which buildings and info to highlight but he picked just the right ones. The narrative and interesting history and facts about the buildings, and the people that made (and make) Cleveland what is, was just right. Super interesting, not too technical, and delivered by Scott eloquently and wonderfully. He was also very attentive and welcoming with questions from the tour attendees. He was able to answer every question, no matter how varied. HE KNOWS CLEVELAND! I am expecting a few California friends to visit this year and I plan to take every one of them on this tour! I know they will be amazed at just how prominent and wonderful Cleveland is. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting out of state as well as area residents. No matter if you’re a visitor or resident, you’ll learn a bunch about Cleveland that will impress and amaze you! TAKE THIS TOUR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!
