Truly incredible experience from start to finish! It all started with Eddie giving us a fantastic drive up to the summit in the early morning hours. He was excellent in providing history and facts about Hawaii along the drive, and also showed a special concern for our safety when biking down the volcano and making sure we were well prepared on the route we would be taking. He also provided many laughs throughout the day. Once atop the volcano, the sunrise and stops we made were truly breathtaking. Biking down was amazing! At first my fiance was a bit nervous, as it was quite high up and there were gusty winds, but within minutes she got the hang of it and was going so fast down the mountain I couldn't even keep up! (and I bike regularly) This was a fun, safe experience that I highly recommend for people of all biking levels.

The tour is professionally run. The bus drivers who take you to the crater are knowledgeable about local history, geology and the Polynesian cultures, especially the Hawaiian. The bike decent is exhilarating. I'm glad the brakes work!
