There are plenty of rafting companies in town, do yourself a favor and don't choose Mild to Wild. We we're told to reserve a time or we might not get one which required payment. We paid for 16 people and due to weather two could not make it. The manager told me to read the refund policy. No refunds.
We signed up for an 8:30 trip and weren't' on the water until 9:15. Finally on the water, this is more of a slow boring float. The rafts kept getting stuck on rocks. It was hot and the guides had water for themselves but not for anyone else.
Very disappointed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and feedback with us. We completely understand that things happen when people have to cancel, but last minute cancellations are given store credit which the two in your party did receive. There are costs on our end that can't be recouped from last minute cancellations, and we apologize for the frustration this caused for you.
Our meet time for the morning rafting trip is at 8:30, which gives people the time to sign waivers, get dressed, get fitted for PFD's, and address any other needs before driving over to the boat launch. I'm sorry to hear that there was a miscommunication about what our meet time entailed. We do ask you to bring your own water bottles on trips right now due to our protocols for COVID-19, but our guide should have had water available for refills for you.
This is certainly a low water year, and as much as we wish we could make Mother Nature send us more snow in the winter and rain in the spring, we just have to go with the flow. We always want our guests to enjoy their experience, and I apologize that this wasn't the case for you. Please reach out to us if there is something we can do to make this right for you.
