Patrick was a great guide. The family had alot of fun. The half day trip was just long enough. Only negative was my 12 was disappointed that they wouldn’t let her go through the bigger rapids.

Smelter rapid is currently at a class IV, which is too big for us to take kids through at this time. We truly appreciate your understanding, and thank you again for sharing your experience with us!

Our last day in Durango and we finished with a finale...rafting the Lower Animas with Elena Donharl and the Mild to Wild tours. Trip started on slack water which served as a nice "warm up" and allowed everyone on board to get to know each other a bit. A couple of us jumped off the raft to cool off in the river. The rapids didn't disappoint and we had our fill of adventure and big water. Loved our guide and would highly recommend this trip!
