Elena was a terrific guide, she clearly had a passion with people and her job. She helped us a lot (it was our first river-kayaking trip) and was fun to be around.

We went on a 1/2 float. Kyle our guide was awesome. He was entertaining as well as being all business at the right time. Even tho the water was low we still had a great time and highly recommend Mild to Wild.

We went on the 1/2 day rafting trip on the Lower Animas. While the water is low right now, Trey, our guide still made it fun for everyone. We squirted other rafts with water guns and were able to stop and body surf down a waterfall along the way. Trey kept the kids entertained with stories on rafting. They haven't stopped talking about how girls use their brains and boys use their muscles to guide the rafts! :) Good fun for the girls' first raft trip. Our only disappointment was the photo. We paid extra for a premium raft just so we could get a good photo of the four of us. We were the only guests on the raft. All the pictures ended up having one person's head covered up. None of the 6-7 pictures taken showed all four of us. I was ready to buy the entire photo package since it was the kid's first raft trip but ended up buying nothing. They were disappointed since they didn't get a picture. We knew where we were being photographed and it was over a small rapid - nothing extreme - so not sure what the issue was. Mild to Wild does a great job with keeping people entertained on the bus, safety, great guides and fair pricing. Just think they need to upgrade their photographer to the same level.
