Had a great time! Spencer was great!! I was scared going into this as a beginner with no experience but went ahead and did it. I don’t have any regrets but I thought there would be more exciting and intense areas. I would say at least 90% of the rafting was very mild…This might have something to do with the low water this summer. Either way it was fun and the pictures were awesome!

I was not satisfied with our ½ day raft trip on the Animas River. The water was too low to be doing raft rides. I was looking forward to an exciting ride down the Animas River, but instead got a very slow moving ride dodging rocks because the river was so low. Sometimes boats got stuck on top of rocks. Mild to Wild should not have still been booking raft rides when the water was so low! This is an example of the company trying to squeeze out every dollar possible for the season at the expense of the customers. Poor choice!

We had a great time. Morning departure, beautiful weather, water was great after some much needed rain brought the water level up. Robby, our guide was awesome. Great job guys, we will be back!
