Half-Day Grand Teton Wildlife Safari Private Tour

Overview
We begin this wildlife photo tour by heading north along the western boundary of the National Elk Refuge to Grand Teton National Park. Here we will travel along the southern park roads watching for wildlife and stopping frequently for photo-ops. Wildlife we frequently encounter on this trip includes bison, elk, deer, moose, pronghorn, (aka antelope), fox, coyote, bear, bald eagle, trumpeter swans, and if we’re lucky, wolves. If time allows we might choose to stop at the Jackson Visitor Center or the new Moose visitor center in Grand Teton National Park. The route varies seasonally based on group interest, road closures and wildlife migration.

Had a fantastic 4 hour safari with Grant Bell as our guide. We can’t say enough good things about the experience- Grant was exceptional and shared all of his knowledge of the Tetons and the animals that live there. Although we didn’t see any Grisly bears we saw plenty of other wildlife and the beauty of the Tetons were incredible! Thanks Grant for a wonderful day!

Kyle - our guide - was the best! He was very knowledgeable about the animals and the area - which we found fascinating. This trip was a "bucket" trip for my husband. Kyle was very patient with the hundreds of questions he had, and found every single animal that we had not seen while in Yellowstone! We were even fortunate to see a brown bear and three baby cubs, a Moose and her baby, and an Elk "bugling!" What a fun evening!

McKinsey (sp) was new to the tour company and was so excited and enthusiastic. We had terrible weather but it didn't dampen her spirits and she did everything possible to find us wildlife. She took us to every place where she had heard there was a bear sighting and we actually saw a grizzly. Also saw elk, moose and pronghorns. A very worthwhile trip and I highly recommend it.
