This hike is something you must absolutely do if you travel to the Grand Canyon. John is a fun, knowledgeable, engaging guide. We saw and experienced things we never would have had we just stayed at the rim, with added safety and canyon education from Jon. Our group left with memories that will last forever.

Taking this tour with Jon was the best decision. He was beyond knowledgeable and quickly assessed our groups abilities. Aside from his knowledge and vast experience, he also provided probably one of the best lunches we had throughout our entire stay. He actually made our wraps fresh right there in the canyon. He kept us hydrated always assessed us to make sure we were all ok. Gave us plenty of healthy snacks, but above all he gave us a day that we will remember the rest of our lives. If you have the opportunity to take one of Jon’s tours do it! You will not be disappointed!!!

The sunset hike with Jon is an absolute must! He is knowledgeable, friendly, safety conscious, and FUN! The sights were amazing!!! This was the best way to experience the GC!
