Pitchfork Falls

Enjoy some stunning waterfalls during your time on this tour, such as the Pitchfork Falls and the Bridal Veil Falls. The Bridal Veil Falls are the trailhead for the "Valdez Goat Trail", which is a section of the Trans Alaska Military Packtrain Trail, created during the Klondike Gold Rush.

For the first time Viator dropped the ball on this excursion, the Viator agent gave me incorrect information on the phone stating Southeast Tours would send the tickets via Email. When we arrived at the pier, Sam, our tour guide from Southeast Tours told us that the voucher was our tickets & we needed to have our passports unfortunately the representative from Viator did not tell or send me any information needed for our excursion! Sam made several phone calls to the owner, Heath, both of them went above & beyond to make our excursion absolutely perfect! Truly the excursion they arranged for us was amazing, A huge "thank you" to Southeast Tours for making memories that our entire family will never forget.

We unfortunately did not get to experience the tour because the tour guide did not show up. We were also not able to contact anyone from Viator because the numbers all lead to automated messages and we did not get called back even when we left messages. We are sorely disappointed. When trying to get a refund issued we also got automated messages from customer service and were not able to get a refund. To this day we have not been able to speak to anyone at Viator.
