Pros: -Nice and helpful staff -Nice and organised dive vessel -Good Rental equipment ( but for the fins) -Nice variety of fish ( rays, a big grouper, a big swarm of barracuda for example) Cons: -Surface Intervall of 5-10 minutes max, so there was no time to warm up, eat, drink more than a sip of water, change tanks, relax between dives -both of the the dives were max 8m (27 feet) and we went in the morning so I would assume as per PADI guidelines to start deep and go shallower every following dive the afternoon was also very shallow. -just snorkel fins for naked feet without boots which was just to cold for the temperature of the water All in all I would not recommend as it was to rushed to be really enjoyable

Hello, Thank you for your feedback, we are happy to hear that you enjoyed many aspects of the tour, but are sorry that overall you did not enjoy the pace. Key Largo is known for being very shallow and beginner friendly. The majority of the sites we visit are on average 25-35ft deep. Our rental fins are full-foot scuba fins, it is rare here to find open heel rental fins that require boots as we are generally considered to be a tropical location offering only boat diving. It is pretty standard for dive operators in Key Largo to schedule 2 trips daily of 2 tanks each. This allows divers to dive for up to 1 hour at 2 different locations with a short 10-15 min surface interval, and still return back to port in time for the next trip. I am sorry you found this quite rushed, we do try to help change over people's gear and get them set up so they can rehydrate and rest before getting to the next site but this can at times be challenging when the boats are very busy. We do run deeper trips once a week, and these do have a 45-50 min surface interval. Generally the dive time on the deep wrecks is around 30 mins due to the depths of the dives (around 100 ft). We absolutely loved diving with Amoray Dive Center. The crew Capt G and Ken took excellent care of us. Our guides Kevin and Aaron were very patient and attentive as we were new divers. I felt completely safe with the team and they all made sure we had a great experience. I would absolutely dive with them again and would stay at Amoray Dive Resort.

We dove with two different operators on this trip. Amoray was the best hands down! Crew was very helpful and safety conscious. Fun to be around. Good rental equipment and nice pontoon, covered dive boat.
