Half Day Snorkel Trip on Reefs in the Florida Keys

Overview
Come join us snorkeling some of the most beautiful reefs within the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary and Pennekamp State Park. We have many possible reefs to explore: Molasses, Elbow, French Reef and the famous Christ of the Abyss on Dry Rocks. These protected areas offer an opportunity to see turtles, spotted eagle rays, moray eels and a variety of different fish. These special reefs are part of the 3rd largest living reef system in the world and the ONLY living coral reef in the US. We stop at two different locations on the reef. Each stop is determined by the captain based on the day's conditions. We cannot guarantee any specific site.

In an effort to reduce the amount of single-use plastic that ends up in our oceans, we recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. We have water coolers in our shop and on our boats for your convenience!

Capt Tommy, first mate Chrissy and Gia ran a great trip! My wife and I did snorkeling. Full disclosure we get sea sick easily and both of us got sick but that's not their fault. Catamaran goes out 3-5 miles off coast. Waves were 4ft-ish which was "normal" or less than normal, and it got to us when using the floatation vests, so prepare accordingly. We saw great parts of the reef and lots of fish. Our second stop was the underwater Christ (not a normal stop though) so that was a bonus! Crew was amazing - very fun and safety conscious!

Despite getting sea sick it sounds like you enjoyed your adventure with us. In the future you might want to try motion sickness medication, I suggest taking it the night before and again in the morning. It seems to help a lot.
