Half Day Snorkel Trip on Reefs in the Florida Keys

Overview

Come join us snorkeling some of the most beautiful reefs within the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary and Pennekamp State Park. We have many possible reefs to explore: Molasses, Elbow, French Reef and the famous Christ of the Abyss on Dry Rocks. These protected areas offer an opportunity to see turtles, spotted eagle rays, moray eels and a variety of different fish. These special reefs are part of the 3rd largest living reef system in the world and the ONLY living coral reef in the US. We stop at two different locations on the reef. Each stop is determined by the captain based on the day's conditions. We cannot guarantee any specific site.

In an effort to reduce the amount of single-use plastic that ends up in our oceans, we recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. We have water coolers in our shop and on our boats for your convenience!

This was my first time snorkeling and my anxiety was thru the roof! Captain John helped me calm down and enjoy myself, super fun and beautiful!!! Definitely recommend!

This was a fantastic tour. We got to visit two snorkel locations. The reef was beautiful and the water was crystal clear. Katie and Hadrian did a fantastic job keeping us informed and pointing out places and fish of interest. I have snorkeled before in Belize and this was way better. Definitely would do again. One thing to note, the water temperature was 78 and the air temperature even cooler. While that may seem warm, I was actually quite chilly. Bring a jacket for sure! They have wetsuits for rent or purchase if you need it.

It was a great experience! Everyone’s very nice and helpful. We got to snorkel at two locations and saw lots of beautiful fish. Only thing is there’s no changing room and only 2 stalls in women’s bathroom so the line to change afterwards was quite long.
