Half Day Snorkel Trip on Reefs in the Florida Keys

Overview

Come join us snorkeling some of the most beautiful reefs within the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary and Pennekamp State Park. We have many possible reefs to explore: Molasses, Elbow, French Reef and the famous Christ of the Abyss on Dry Rocks. These protected areas offer an opportunity to see turtles, spotted eagle rays, moray eels and a variety of different fish. These special reefs are part of the 3rd largest living reef system in the world and the ONLY living coral reef in the US. We stop at two different locations on the reef. Each stop is determined by the captain based on the day's conditions. We cannot guarantee any specific site.

In an effort to reduce the amount of single-use plastic that ends up in our oceans, we recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. We have water coolers in our shop and on our boats for your convenience!

What an amazing day with Captain Chris. By far the best thing we have done on our trip so far. Captain Chris was so fun and informative. Beautiful reefs and fish. So much too see. Gave us lots of snorkeling tips to make it a great experience

Captain Chris was fantastic! This was definitely the highlight of our trip. We will do this many more times. He knew so much about the area and you could tell he loves what he does.

so much to see! This was a great way to see the coral reefs in the key largo area. We got to visit two sites to snorkel, and the staff on the boat, Pete and Jose, were so friendly and knowledgeable. We had a great ride out and back, and plenty of time to see fish and coral and just float in the water. The next time we are in the area, we will go with them again! Also a plus, there was plenty of parking at the check in location. So no morning stress!
