Half Day Snorkel Trip on Reefs in the Florida Keys

Overview
Come join us snorkeling some of the most beautiful reefs within the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary and Pennekamp State Park. We have many possible reefs to explore: Molasses, Elbow, French Reef and the famous Christ of the Abyss on Dry Rocks. These protected areas offer an opportunity to see turtles, spotted eagle rays, moray eels and a variety of different fish. These special reefs are part of the 3rd largest living reef system in the world and the ONLY living coral reef in the US. We stop at two different locations on the reef. Each stop is determined by the captain based on the day's conditions. We cannot guarantee any specific site.

In an effort to reduce the amount of single-use plastic that ends up in our oceans, we recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. We have water coolers in our shop and on our boats for your convenience!

We had a great time with Captain Tom and Jose was a great first mate. They took us to two reefs and provided water and pretzels as a snack.

It was nice to be out on the ocean, the crew was great especially Jose. The down side was the water was rough, I am used to swimming reefs that are in calmer waters so for that I wasnā€™t that pleased with my trip.

We are pleased to here our staff was great. Unfortunately the wind speed and direction contributes to the sea conditions. I know our Captains do their best to put the customers at the best possible reef on any given day and trip. May your next trip be one with better weather.

Didn't go on the trip. When we showed up, they told us that they had 3 ft waves. They said they would take us out but it may not be a good experience. They said the boat ride would be up and down and we would be bobbing in the water while snorkeling. They offered to take us out on a later trip (which we couldn't do to our schedule) or give us a full refund. I think this is a sign of a good business. Some businesses would have taken their customers out anyway to keep their money.

Thanks for the review! We always like to make people aware of the conditions (as we have no control over them and they are subject to change) and want our guests to have a positive experience with us! Thank you for understanding!
