Half Day Snorkel Trip on Reefs in the Florida Keys

Overview
Come join us snorkeling some of the most beautiful reefs within the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary and Pennekamp State Park. We have many possible reefs to explore: Molasses, Elbow, French Reef and the famous Christ of the Abyss on Dry Rocks. These protected areas offer an opportunity to see turtles, spotted eagle rays, moray eels and a variety of different fish. These special reefs are part of the 3rd largest living reef system in the world and the ONLY living coral reef in the US. We stop at two different locations on the reef. Each stop is determined by the captain based on the day's conditions. We cannot guarantee any specific site.

In an effort to reduce the amount of single-use plastic that ends up in our oceans, we recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. We have water coolers in our shop and on our boats for your convenience!

Great trip. Gorgeous waters and the Captain and First Mate were awesome. Very knowledgeable, informative, safe, and fun. They took their job seriously but also had fun doing their job and taking us to the snorkeling spots. Both dive spots were crystal clear waters with great views of local fish and coral. Highy highly recommend this tour.

I had the best time ever. This was the first time me and my last went snorkeling. The staff and captain was super friendly and very useful. They made my first time experience a very good one.

Our family of six with children ranging from 6 to 13 had a WONDERFUL experience snorkeling the Molasses Reef. We have a little 6-year-old foster guy who hasnā€™t had much experience swimming (he wore a life jacket). After the dive staff rescued him and my husband once from the current and anxieties, they helped encourage and cheer him on! After that he was fearless and a pro (holding my hand) and exploring both stops! We had SO MUCH FUN with Captain Russell and Adrian, that my older kids and I booked it again for the following day (my husband and 6 year old opted for a glass bottom boat tour). The next day Captain Russell, David and Gia took us to Christ of the Abyss and Banana Reef. It was GORGEOUS! The Captain and crew were funny, kind and helpful in every way. We were in Key Largo for a short trip, but I will very likely call on them when my kids want to get scuba certified and I will take my refresher course with them. We will definitely be returning! (And we loved Mako- the dive shopā€™s doggo mascot!)
