Half Day Snorkel Trip on Reefs in the Florida Keys

Overview
Come join us snorkeling some of the most beautiful reefs within the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary and Pennekamp State Park. We have many possible reefs to explore: Molasses, Elbow, French Reef and the famous Christ of the Abyss on Dry Rocks. These protected areas offer an opportunity to see turtles, spotted eagle rays, moray eels and a variety of different fish. These special reefs are part of the 3rd largest living reef system in the world and the ONLY living coral reef in the US. We stop at two different locations on the reef. Each stop is determined by the captain based on the day's conditions. We cannot guarantee any specific site. We also offer scuba diving on our trips.

In an effort to reduce the amount of single-use plastic that ends up in our oceans, we recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. We have water coolers in our shop and on our boats for your convenience!

Didn’t see much. Not very exciting. Too big of a group. People stirred up the water. Out of 25 snorkeling outings…. This rated on the bottom.

So cool! The weather was too windy / choppy for the ocean so we went to the mangroves and it was such a cool experience!! Saw a bunch of large schools of fish hidden under the mangroves and a really small starfish and more fish! Brad and Liber were excellent guides - really fun and answered every question we had ! Thanks !!! From Catherine && Nanct! lol

Thank you, Catherine & Nancy! We're so glad you had an amazing time exploring the mangroves—it's such a unique and beautiful experience! Even when the ocean is too choppy, nature always has something incredible to offer. Brad and Liber loved having you on board and answering all your questions! Hope to see you both again for another adventure soon!
