Half Day Snorkel Trip on Reefs in the Florida Keys

Overview

Come join us snorkeling some of the most beautiful reefs within the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary and Pennekamp State Park. We have many possible reefs to explore: Molasses, Elbow, French Reef and the famous Christ of the Abyss on Dry Rocks. These protected areas offer an opportunity to see turtles, spotted eagle rays, moray eels and a variety of different fish. These special reefs are part of the 3rd largest living reef system in the world and the ONLY living coral reef in the US. We stop at two different locations on the reef. Each stop is determined by the captain based on the day's conditions. We cannot guarantee any specific site.

In an effort to reduce the amount of single-use plastic that ends up in our oceans, we recommend bringing a reusable water bottle. We have water coolers in our shop and on our boats for your convenience!

If you are looking for an outstanding snorkel tour, this trip is for you! Captain John and First Mate Chrissy were excellent. They made us feel safe and did a comprehensive overview of the area. We went to two sites, Christ of the Abyss and Horseshoe Reef. The reefs were beautiful, water was super clear and had many fish! Our favorite was the rainbow parrot fish. Thank you Chrissy and John for a fun day on the water😎🐠 Donna and Bob H.

It was a great half-day adventure! The crew was fantastic - really enjoyed the service! The boat ride was the right amount of time. We had a 6 month old baby and he loved it, but more importantly, he was allowed to go on the trip. My only complaint is that the sites seemed more geared towards beginning scuba divers (20 - 30 feet) and the water felt a little too deep for good snorkeling. But I enjoyed the opportunity to test my non-existent free diving skills.
