Our tour guide, Daniel, was one of the best tour guides that we have ever had on any tour. He was knowledgeable, funny and entertaining during our 3 hour tour. He took us to numerous horse farms and to Keeneland Race Track and gift shop. He kept us entertained with all his facts about the horse country around Lexington. The farms in this area are beautiful with rolling pastures and beautiful horses.

Well rounded, excellent tour! My family was visiting from Minnesota and I wanted to show them the beautiful horse country of our Bluegrass State. It was easy to book with Thoroughbred Heritage Tours and, if you have a special request, Larry the owner will work with you. We visited beautiful farms, got to pet mares and their foals, got a great tour of the Keeneland Racetrack, and learned tons about this racing industry. Daniel was an outstanding guide...knew his facts, answered our questions, was very personable, and professional in every way. My family thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon and I would highly recommend this tour!!!!!

My dad instilled a love of horses in my heart. I have always wanted to visit thoroughbreds in Kentucky. My daughter, her mom-in-law and I set up a tour with Thoroughbred Heritage tours and we were not disappointed. Daniel was our tour guide. He was so knowledgeable of Kentucky history and the part that horse racing has played. The story of Keeneland was great and my next trip will be during the race season. We met some of the Big Boys of the business. Our bonus was two foals that thought we were safe enough to come close for photos. Daniel knew the bloodlines and stories of so many famous and current horses. It was the highlight of my week.
