This 3+ hour family-owned thoroughbred heritage horse farm tour offers a fun and informative tour that will provide you with a unique experience and take you through the heart and soul of Kentucky’s beautiful Bluegrass Horse Country. This is an interactive tour were you will get to touch and pet some horses.

You will visit a private farm that is exclusive to us and has had winners of both the Preakness and Belmont Stakes and will have two in the Derby this year!

We were in Lexington, Ky on our way to take my Dad to his Third Division Army Reunion. I happened to see this tour while planning our trip. It is always a concern to plan activities because he is 99 years old and nearly deaf, and we want to be sure he is safe and enjoys our activities. He was treated with respect and the van was easy for him to get in and out of. We were picked up at our hotel by Nicholas promptly on time :) We spent 3 1/2 hours with him and had the MOST WONDERFUL time! This is the BEST $35 we have ever spent!. Nicholas was amazing and so personable-he made us feel like good friends. He has had many years of personal experience in racing, training and managing stables. Nothing was scripted, but like visiting with and learning from a friend. He had so much information to offer-- I learned so many things! He took us onto an operating stable where we were up close and able to touch many unbelievably beautiful horses and colts. Many thanks to Nicholas.....DON'T MISS THIS TOUR!!!

Thank you Dan the Tourman! This was a truly outstanding experience. A very wonderful way to spend an afternoon. The tour covered all I wanted to see, Dan, our guide, was exceptionally knowledgeable and had great access to a number of farms. He made the trip so enjoyable with his great humor, knowledge and easy manner. We were able to interact with the horses, get up close and personal with them which was huge treat, talk to staff and owners. A beautiful day and tour that I feel so fortunate to have been able to take part in and engage with other horse-lovers. A sublime experience.

Never having been to Kentucky before, we decided to do this tour. It was the best decision we ever could of made. Tour man Dan is excellent!! We really learned a lot on this trip about the racing, behind the scenes, the raising of the horses, etc that we did not know before. He definately loves the horses, you can see it everytime he talks to you. I would definately recommend this trip to anyone looking for something to do while in Lexington. The three hours went by extremely fast and Dan kept us informed and entertained the entire time. My 10 year old son really enjoyed it and has been talking about it ever since. Very well worth the money.
