It’s not an individual tour at all. So you pay twice more just for tickets. Avoid it. The tour provider kept saying that we could not come to Upper Canyon parking lot on our own saying they only do pick up/drop off thing. We had to insist on coming to the site on our own since we had to leave immediately after that. There you can see that the best way is to set up the tour directly reserving tickets ahead of time.

Ahéheé (Thank You) Oleg_A, for taking the time to write a review. All feedback is good feedback, we are always happy to hear back from our guest to better improve our tours and guest experience. We do understand your frustration and disappointment as you were notified tours would be cancelled for the Lower Antelope Canyon. This did disrupt all visitor’s reservations as well as our tour schedule, but we were able to keep our tours for Upper Antelope Canyon on time. Yes, you are right you may purchase tours individually and transport yourself to each location on your own at a more affordable cost to your wallet. Our focus for our guest to creating a stress-free and hassle-free experience to the Slot Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. After all our guest are on vacation, so we are happy to offer complementary hotel/Airbnb pickup service to our guest, and to do all the driving to each location. Without the worry of getting lost or arriving late to your tours. We love to share a more personal and somewhat private tour while sharing cultural history of the Diné while creating a relaxing environment to our guest. Hopefully in the future we will be able to offer more affordable tickets for guest, while maintaining our finest and personal best tour experience to guest. Again, thank you for taking the time to write us a review.
