Excellent site to visit. It was a little overpriced for what you get. The canyon was A little over booked causing a lot of waiting to proceed.

Ahéheé (Thank You) Shelley_B, for taking the time to write a review. All feedback, be it positive or negative, we are always happy to apply and improve our tours. Our tours are priced as such as to give our guest the opportunity to view the Lower & Upper Antelope Canyon at the BEST and PRIME tour times, so that you may view the Canyons at the finest hour. These tour times are hard to book and often sell out very quickly in advance. We have worked very hard to create partnerships with the established tour companies of Lower and Upper Antelope Canyons to create this tour combination. While the Navajo Nation is operating at 50% capacity for tour companies, space is limited, and this creates a large demand for tours at the famous Slot Canyons. Hopefully in the future and as COVID is less of a threat the Navajo Nation will operate back at 100%, and tours may not seem as crowded. We do hope guest understand how popular the Slot Canyons have become over the last 3 years and realize the days of nearly empty Canyons are gone, largely due to social media and global popularity. Again, thank you for taking the time to write us a review, in the meantime, stay safe and healthy.

We had planned on touring both the Upper and Lower Antelope Canyon areas and had discovered that not all of the area tour companies offer tours to both Canyon areas. Dineh Tours was one of the few (possibly the only) area tour company that offers a tour to both Upper and Lower Canyons. Another advantage with Dineh Tours is that their Upper and Lower Canyon Tour is done on the same day, back-to-back separate tours of these two different areas of Antelope Canyon - very convenient. The online booking at their website was fast, easy and convenient, and their website and their reservation confirmation email had all the necessary information needed to prepare for this tour. As we had discovered, there are several advantages to booking the Canyon tour with Dineh Tours: (1) Hotel pick-up from one of many of the area locations, (2) bottled water is provided in the pick-up van before and after each tour, (3) Between the tours of Upper and Lower Canyons, the Dineh shuttle van took us to a nearby Service Station/Mini-Mart for a restroom break and if desired, purchase snack food items

This is a bucket list experience. Dineh Tours is a good company to book through. When I had questions before the trip, they responded with personal phone calls to put my mind at ease. They are a family, First Nation company with experience with slot canyons. Our driver for the day was a tour guide in the lower canyon for 3 years. Word to anyone that is a larger person or has ANY issues with ankles or knees....lower canyon is a tough physical tour. Some stairs are ladder-like and often foot paths are narrow inclines that require strong ankles and ability to lift your weight with your arms. Upper canyon is much easier but has a climb into the back of a truck...ladder of 4 steps and a climb up and over the canyon at the end. There is an option for the last climb of going back through so the upper canyon is definitely more accessible for those with physical limits. Still....go if you can. Absolutely WONDERFUL canyon guides!!!
