Half-Day Upper Colorado River Float Tour from Kremmling

Overview
This wonderful Colorado River float trip is a gently flowing section that is inviting to all ages. You’ll encounter a few small rapids as the Colorado River winds through the Gore Range and Mountain Ranchland. This is a relaxing day with time to sunbathe, swim or just relax and enjoy the day on your Colorado River rafting trip. The Colorado float half day trip is available two departures per day. This trip departs from our Kremmling Outpost, where you will check in and load an AVA vehicle for the 30-minute drive to the Colorado River. We run from Pumphouse Recreation Area to Radium on this trip.

Loved the 30ft and 6ft cliff jumps that are offered on the tour, provided a nice adrenaline rush even on a level 2 trip. Lots of fun and don’t forget to lock out your knees! Also loved our guide Ian he was a great conversationalist, had a bunch of information on the area, and offered some funny moments throughout the trip!

This was a great 1/2 day trip down the CO. Very pretty and scenic. Saw bald eagles and their nest. Devo was a great guide and provided lots of information and interesting details as we floated the river. He really made sure everyone on our raft was having a great time.

Our guides (Christian and Victoria) were great. We had to wait a little bit but everyone was personable and made the experience positive.
