This wonderful Colorado River float trip is a gently flowing section that is inviting to all ages. You’ll encounter a few small rapids as the Colorado River winds through the Gore Range and Mountain Ranchland. This is a relaxing day with time to sunbathe, swim or just relax and enjoy the day on your Colorado River rafting trip. The Colorado float half day trip is available two departures per day. This trip departs from our Kremmling Outpost, where you will check in and load an AVA vehicle for the 30-minute drive to the Colorado River. We run from Pumphouse Recreation Area to Radium on this trip.

What To Expect

AVA Colorado Rafting

When you arrive to our Kremmling Outpost, you will check-in with our front desk staff, gear up, meet your guide, then load up on our vehicle to shuttle over to the trip start location.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

The float trip was by far our favorite activity we did in Colorado! My step daughter had a blast and the rafting guides were AMAZING - especially Victoria and Katie. We went last week and I was worried about the temperature - but it was perfect! My step daughter loved jumping off the cliffs. Thank you for a great time!
