Our 2.5 hour raft trip takes place on the Middle Fork of the Flathead River. This beautiful river follows along Glacier National Park and provides incredible views into the Park the entire way. You'll go through 9 named class 2 and 3 rapids while hearing legends, lore and history of the Park along your 8 mile journey down the river.

Shoe rentals are $7 once wetsuits are no longer required.

Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Youth rates apply for ages 12 and under. Minimum of 50 lbs. No maximum weight but must be able to wear a life jacket which can accommodate up to a 56 inch chest.
Wear clothing that you don't mind getting wet and footwear that stays securely on your feet such as tennis shoes, sneakers, water shoes or sandals with straps (please no flip flips of Crocs). We have water shoes available to rent for $5. Wet suits and splash jackets will be included and provided during the months of May and June or during periods of cooler weather. Trips depart rain or shine.

Our family did the 1/2 day white water rafting with dinner. The whole experience was organized & very customer friendly. We went in June when water temps were around 45 so Glacier Raft Co provided us wet suits, jackets & water shoes at no extra charge. Doc was our leader on the bus and he was hilarious but also filled us in with what was going to happen. We were all very well informed on the days events. Ella was our guide and she was magnificent. We had all 8 of us in the boat plus Ella which made for a full boat. None of us had ever done white water rafting before so she had her work cut out for her. She entertained us plus made sure we knew what to do. Being a non swimmer I was most concerned with falling out of the boat but Ella was very good at reassuring us that we would enjoy the adventure We all had a blast and we all survived without falling out. Ella gave us lots of history & info on the River and was very informative We also did the dinner on the riverbank and it was delicious. Doc was in charge of the grill and dinner was prompt & really hit the spot after such a fun adventure. All in all, Glacier Raft Co is a great company to book your trip with and you will have a great time for a affordable price.

Our guide Zoey was awesome! It was an incredible experience for the entire family. It was more interactive than we had initially expected. You'll feel accomplished like you conquered the rapids. The scenery was also incredible.

Our guide was being trained during our ride which is understandable but took away from our experience. We spent most of our time looking for calm spots for her to practice when we could have been enjoying the trip and scenery. A disappointing ride to say the least. Pictures are overpriced for what we got. We only have 4 people in our party and we can not see all of us together in any of the 11 pictures which were taken in the same spot.

Michelle thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback. In the early season our new guides are provided hands on training which involves our guests at times. This has not usually detracted from the overall trip in the past since the head guide is still involved so I apologize that it did during your trip. The professional photographer does her best to take as many quality photos as possible of the boat maneuvering through the rapid. We offer the ability to pre-purchase photos before the trip or to purchase them after the trip but they are not required. I'm sorry that you were not able to find a good photo with all of your group members.
