Our tour guide George took us on a fascinating journey through a part of Harlem. He provided us with historical information as well as recent developments. Our two teenagers could not get enough (neither could we), they would have done a five hour tour with George as well. Our apartment was in Harlem and it was very enriching to learn about the place we were staying.

Went on this as part of New York Pass option. Being non-American was a good intro to early American and New York history

We loved the tour with George. He was well informed and gave us a great intro to the neighborhood. He clearly knows the neighborhood well as he bumped into friends along the way. Stops include: Alexander Hamilton's house, City College, old brownstones, many churches, Malcolm X Blvd and more. Would do it again !
