Excellent door to door service! Great communication and prepared for changes. Highly recommend touring Hanauma Bay to snorkel with Viator. If only they could have help with the weather…. The lifeguards were surfing! But all good. Viator is friendly, professional and prepar D to offer a memorable experience!!

This was an amazing experience! Fumio was the best guide and really showed us the wonderful sea life of Hawaii. She knew the best places to find big schools of fish and we even saw two sea turtles! Fumio took great pictures on land and in the water. She uploaded all the pictures to the group before we departed. If you do not have an iPhone make sure to have WhatsApp so she can easily send you the photos and videos. As a solo traveler for the tour, I felt very safe the entire time. I will cherish these memories forever!

Snorkeling Hanauma Bay was the highlight of our trip! We had such a great experience with this company— they were extremely punctual, kind, and very accommodating. Although we were the first of six pick up groups, it took less than 15 minutes total. We were the very first group at the bay, which I highly recommend. It was magical watching the sunrise on an essentially empty beach. The water is much calmer and clearer first thing in the morning. We saw the most fish early morning when it was less crowded. The water was quite cold— I highly recommend borrowing a wetsuit and don’t forget towels. There is a cheaper wetsuit rental option at the bay with more coverage for $12. I was also happy we rented noodle floaties from the snorkeling company so that we could float more easily without disturbing the fish. We had no issues with the gear, and the company let us know they have drivers on standby that can be called to switch out gear for free at any time if needed. I would absolutely recommend this experience— you won’t regret it!
