Sandpiper Cafe and fireworks on the beach - best of all time! Food was incredible, fireworks amazing!

Staff refused to sit our family of 5 on the outdoor patio (so many open tables). Said we weren’t allowed to pull a chair up (fine). I then suggested that our party split in half and sit the teenagers at one table and us at the table adjacent and they refused to do that too. They said we could only eat indoors … we turned around a left on this beautiful day and went to Margaritaville where they had no problem pulling up a chair on their patio. be careful who pass up.

We we’re staying at the hotel and decided to try the cafe one day. It was around 2pm so we went in for drinks and appetizers. It wasn’t busy. Ordered the nachos, pizza flatbread, chicken wings and chicken tenders dinner. The nachos barely had any cheese and were cold. The pizza was cold and under cooked- not eatable . The wings and tenders were ok- at least they were warm. Our waiter disappeared after the food was delivered and we had to hunt for him. 2 employees basically said ‘not our problem’ and we finally found a waitress who said she’d get him and did. All in all, a disappointing experience give we were staying at the hotel and expected better from the signature restaurant.
