I go every month of the year every other week Christmas, New years, Mother’s Day, Birthdays and Weekends. Most of the time it’s just a place to feel free and excited

I chose the Hard Rock Cafe through Viator to celebrate my husband’s birthday, despite a hiccup with the reservation process for Fridays and Saturdays. However, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us, setting the stage for a fantastic evening. Our waitress was outstanding, ensuring our experience was flawless from start to finish. The food surpassed expectations, so much so that my husband forgot about the brief interruption of a fire alarm during our first course! Despite the unexpected interruption, the staff remained composed and even joined in singing "Happy Birthday" to my husband, making him feel incredibly special. His satisfaction was evident when he declared he had no complaints—a rare feat indeed! Overall, our experience at Hard Rock Cafe was delightful, thanks to the attentive staff, delicious food, and the extra touch that made my husband's birthday truly memorable.

Waitress seated us at a table claiming we would be served faster than if we sat in a booth. Well that was not true. We ordered a burger well done , it was not. Our glasses barely got refilled. They ended up taking $10 off the entire order, there was four of us celebrating my daughter's 21st birthday. We went to the register to check out. Our waitress was there. My sister didn't leave a tip on her card. So the waitress asked her about it. There was a tip left on the table. That's poor customer service.
