Recently in the past we had a ruff time in the Hard Rock Cafe but this time around we had an awesome waiter Blake he made are visit very special and entertaining. Thanks for a great night

We had a great time at the Comedy show! But the hotel was out of non smoking rooms. Which caused my sinuses and allergies to flare. But the casino and dining was good.

We came here on December 27th for brunch. Qe waited about 15 minutes when there were plenty of open seats. When we sat down we were advised they had NO bread or bagels today and I went to order corn beef hash and eggs and we were told it was no longer on the menu. Plus they had NO apple juice!! I complained to the managers and they were very unapologetic and really didn't care. I absolutely can't believe this is a hard rock cafe!! Do not under any circumstances come here. The managers have people wait and then have their staff inform the people who have been waiting that they are out of half the menu. This is totally disgraceful and the management should be fired, no if ands or buts about it!!!!! This has ruined our stay here and no one under any circumstances should come here!!!
