We visited the Hard Rock Cafe Memphis on August 2nd 2022 for a few drinks on our 4th wedding anniversary. We once again were seated at the bar and the service was as slow as it was on our last visit in summer 2019. We couldn’t imagine what it would be like if it got busy! We purchased: - fries x 2 = $7.90 - Blue Moon x 4 = $26.00 - Heineken bottle x 2 = $12.50 - Tax was $4.52 - Total was $50.92 - The gratuity we left reflected the service we were given. After a few drinks and nibbles for our munchies we purchased a collectible magnet we had forgotten to get on our previous visit and swiftly left. A place like this, on the edge of the famous Beale Street, should be alive and kicking!

The greeter at the door was completely miserable. It was like we were interrupting her day with our request for a table for 4. It was only once our server took an interest in us that things stared to improve. Meal was fine. Ribs were huge but give it a miss due to the miserable welcome.

Delicious and beautiful decor and exhibits . We sat upstairs. We had a gluten free cheese burger and salmon. Both dishes are a 10.
