Like the rest of Memphis, this Hard Rock is old and dirty. The service was horrible. We sat at the bar and waited a solid 20 minutes before either of the two bartenders even acknowledged us, and it was 30 minutes before we had a drink. The rest of the visit went the same. The two bartenders were pissed off, down right rude, and it took forever to get our food, then waited forever to get our check. We literally could have skipped the ticket and no one would have noticed us. I will say our food was good and typical for Hard Rock, but the service ruined it.

This place is an absolute dive, disorganised, short staffed and unmotivated staff If you are a collector, just go to the shop and head across the road to BB’s for food

Not quite the same Hard Rock Cafe atmosphere we have in the UK. Mostly empty with only 2 servers doing everything, including the bar. However the food - burgers- was really good, after they’d rectified their mistake and delivered the right meal. Also had to ask for cutlery and napkins. It was all a bit hit and miss, needed some better management. The bottle of wine we asked for wasn’t available, so they gave us 4 glasses instead! So good food, friendly (if a bit inefficient) service, but it was good value overall. Wouldn’t hurry back.
