Amazing service, friendly staff especially KJ behind bar who is amazing at customer service! Would defiantly recommend this place it felt like home!

The restaurant was not at all full, and there were a lot of staff around, but the service was still incredibly slow. We ordered two beers and after over 20 minutes they still hadn't arrived, so I went up to the bar and miraculously they arrived a few minutes later. The food was OK, but it was the poor service that meant that I would never go back again, which is a shame as I've visited a number of Hard Rock Cafes around the world.

We've been to loads of hard rocks....we definitely won't go to another one in a hurry if they have all fallen as badly as this place - the place was almost empty when we arrived (early afternoon) and took nearly 15 minutes before anyone came to ask what we wanted to drink...another 10 minutes for them to arrive so we could then order some food....which was average at best when it finally arrived - and even though they had taken that long we still then had to wait for cutlery with the food going cold on our table! Staff were disinterested in serving and being friendly and once the bill finally came (again took ages to get anyone's attention) we found out why - they already include a 20% tip within the bill and not even all of it goes to the servers - I'm happy to tip well for good service but this place doesn't do that!! So many better options in San Francisco....go anywhere else!!
