Caroline welcomed us into her home before we started the tour. She is a lifelong resident of Harlem, and her love for her neighborhood shined throughout her entire tour. Everywhere we walked, she greeted friends. Her historical information was mixed with her personal knowledge of many of the current owners of the properties we passed. Furthermore Harlem’s Central brownstone area is beyond beautiful. Lunch is a soul food, salad buffet restaurant was fine. I expect to take more tours with Caroline.

Carolyn was an enthusiastic and informative guide who has lived in Harlem all her life. She happily shared her views on the developing culture, politics and business of this vibrant community. Lunch was at a funky neighborhood “soul food” buffet restaurant with an A rating and excellent food. Don’t miss the chance to tour an important part of New York City with a knowledgeable resident.

Cheryl was an excellent tour guide. She answered our questions with ease and showed us 'parts of Harlem ' that was just the tip of what this borough has to offer. Will definitely come back and do more touring of Harlem in the future!!😀
