I was a participant in the Harlem Walking Tour this morning . I was greatly disappointed in the tour . Our tour guide was nice but not dynamic. We spent much of our time viewing the exteriors of so many churches the tour certainly was not worth the price we were charged. It didn’t give us any sense of value. . Also, the lunch was at a far below par establishment, one I would not take clients who are aging $130.00. I have been on other walking tours by Viator and have never been so disappointed. This experience would definitely make me hesitate ever booking a Viator tour nor recommend the company to a friend.

This was the highlight of my week-long visit to New York. Carolyn provided a personalized tour that allow us to gain a deeper understanding of the history, culture, architecture, and current realities of Harlem. I HIGHLY recommend.

Cheryl was an exceptional tour guide with extensive knowledge of the Harlem community and changes over time. Great tour and delicious lunch!
