Great stories about the university. The app also worked well, the GPS enabled start to the stories was really fun.

Thank you so much for your feedback, Carlos! I’m delighted that my tour of the Harvard Campus added to your learning and that you enjoyed it. I also have 100 other self-guided tours for other parks, scenic drives, cities, and historic sites in the US — hopefully, you’ll get the chance to try them next time! Also, to remind you, the tour you bought is yours for a lifetime. So, you can listen to it at home or on your next visit.

The GPS did not match up with walking tour. Very disappointing. The information and tour speech was great. But until they work out the GPS kinks, not worth the money. With all the buildings being close together, most descriptions did not explain which building we were in front of and what story went with it.

Hi Gina, for the GPS to work, location tracking permissions must be allowed in the app. If permissions are denied, these types of issues often occur. I’m more than happy to exchange this for you though — please contact me!

I don´t know what I paid for. I searched for the provider who was not present in the defined place. I walked through the campus all by myself and did not need any sort of ticket. In hindsight I concluded there is no need to any sort of ticket, which then begs the question: What are you exactly selling when you advertise a self guided tour. This is dishonest.

Please read the description of the tour. This is a self-guided tour led via an app. The instructions sent upon booking are extremely clear.
