Considering that this isn't an online ticket, it sounds like your review is for something else entirely! This is an audio walking tour of the Harvard Campus that you can take on your own. I also have 100 other self-guided tours for other parks, scenic drives, cities, and historic sites in the US — hopefully, you’ll get the chance to try them next time! Also, just to remind you, the tour you bought is yours for a lifetime. So, you can listen to it at home or on your next visit.

The trip description is misleading. We purchased this tour for 3 person which cost 3 times of the advertised price. However, you really only need one code. I got one code (for 3 persons anyway). You can download multiple copies (with the same code) in different phones if you wishes. There is no reason to book this trip for more than 1 person! Please update your description.

We don’t recommend buying just one for a whole group — that would mean every single person needs to share headphones, walk clustered together, or play the audio out loud and disturb everyone else around. A couple could reasonably split headphones but groups of 3 or more cannot. And the only reason your password worked multiple times was because you purchased multiple tours :)
