We had a private tour with a group of friends. Freida was an excellent guide, open and sincere. Her inside knowledge, personal experience and full respect for this closed community, its traditions and customs were unique and enlightening. We learned many new things, tasted some food and left with better understanding of and respect for this community. Thank you, Frieda!

The tour consisted only of our family of four, which was great! We got a very informative tour of Williamsburg, and since it was only our family it felt very easy to ask all questions. We didn’t know much about this culture, but since Frieda was such a great guide I really felt that I got closer to this culture. And the food was also great, especially the cakes. We got to visit a toy store and that was also very interesting, to see what kind of toys the children of this culture was playing with. So, don’t miss this if you are going to New York.

This was superb. A fascinating slice of New York City life. I have been to New York City more than 10 times. This was one of the most interesting things I’ve ever done here. It’s like taking a trip to another country, or another time. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Plus, there are tasty snacks. If I had more time, I’d take another of her tours.
