We took this tour to get a good overview of the places in Gettysburg and to hopefully hear some really good stories. We got both. Our tour guide was excellent. He was very knowledgable and told the best stories. We learned a little bit about the history while being entertained. My kids are 8 and 12. They both enjoyed it as well. I would recommend this to anyone. I just wish I would have came earlier to walk around myself and shop before the tour. Only had one evening here after dinner and I could have spent more time here.

Fabulous tour! Our guide, unfortunately I canā€™t remember his name, but he grew up in the area, was incredibly knowledgeable, engaging and fun. Being from the area ourselves, we thought we knew a lot of the local lore, but ended up learning quite a bit. I would highly recommend this tour, and suggest that you do the extended add-on. Totally worth it! We would seriously consider doing this tour again since it was so much fun!

My husband and I were on our way back home from Virginia, and decided to book a tour because we knew we'd be passing through Gettysburg, and I've always wanted to do a tour. So, we booked last minute, arrived about 45 minutes early, walked around downtown (it was amazing), and then met at the meeting place 15 minutes before the 8:00 tour started. Our guide was amazing and an excellent storyteller! The tour was a great walking pace so that everyone could keep up. We could hear everything he said. Great tour! I want to do one of the indoor tours now too.
