Loved this tour! Elless and Peter were amazing. Bring a big appetite because there is a lot of food. You get to experience the best of Chinatown. We had buns, noodles, Dim Sum, poke, and the best Adobo I have ever had. You learn not only about all the different cuisines, the preparation, but also the history of the food and area. We left full and satisfied. Don't forget to ask for recommendations for food and drink in other areas. They are incredibly knowledgeable and their choices were spot on for our group. This is must do if you are visiting the island.
